informed.now is a news research company that texts factual news to our readers. By texting JOIN to 844-406-INFO (4636) or entering your number on our website, you agree to receive recurring texts from informed.now.
Accuracy
We work to make every briefing factual, but the news is provided as is, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete, or current. Confirm anything you act on.
Message Frequency
You will get one news briefing text per weekday (Monday-Friday), replies when you text us a question, occasional communications from our team, and rarely additional messages on major breaking news.
Cost
Texts from informed.now are free forever. We operate a toll-free number 844-406-INFO (4636), which also makes your texts to us free. Our paid pro plan is optional, charged directly via $55 annual or $99 lifetime plan, and never charged through your phone bill. Depending on your unique circumstances, message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Text Only, No Calls
844-406-INFO (4636) is a text-only number. Calls do not connect. Help and account requests are managed over text. For account support, or when requested by you, a member of the informed.now team may call you directly to help you with your account when necessary.
Stop & Help Keywords
Text STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one final text that serves to confirm your opt-out after texting STOP. Note that informed.now cannot text you again after you unsubscribe, including to respond to your open questions, until you text START to resume. Text HELP for instructions. We may also end service to any number at our discretion, for example after abusive or automated messages.
Data We Collect
Your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in (such as keyword or web form), your opt-out record, the messages you send us, and any information you willingly choose to share with us. Paid plan payments go through our payment processor. We never see or store your full payment details.
How We Use Data
Your number is used to deliver the news briefing and reply to your questions. Your opt-in and opt-out records let us honor your choices and prove consent in case of a carrier audit.
Your Number Stays Within informed.now
Your phone number, consent records, and message history are never sold, rented, traded, or disclosed outside informed.now. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing, use your number to enroll you in any other text program, or sell personal information. The only exception is the messaging infrastructure required to transmit texts to your carrier, which is contractually limited to delivering informed.now messages. We disclose information only if required by law.
Deleting Your Data
Text us at 844-406-INFO (4636) to ask for your data to be deleted. We will confirm by text once your number and message history are removed, subject to the mandated period carriers require us to retain proof of text messaging consent. If you have unsubscribed by texting STOP, text START to enable us to confirm your data deletion by text.
Carriers
We text US mobile numbers only. Neither carriers nor informed.now is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network, cellular plan, and device performance.
Caring for Children
informed.now is not for anyone under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect numbers from children.
Term Changes
We may update our terms of service at any time without prior notice. The current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the change.
